Switzerland, Austria, & Germany

Day 1- Geneva to Briensweiler

Chateau de Chillon on Lake Geneva Lake Geneva
We drove through this valley. Absolutely beautifulThe Shreyers. We stayed at a Bed and Breakfast in Briensweiler owned by this cute couple. They took us to church on Sunday
Happy 24th Birthday Brandon!Day 2- The Alps! Jungfraujoch, Monch, and the Eiger

Waiting at the train station in Lauderbrunen

On "Top of Europe" nearly 12,000 ft. The train left at just above sea level! Pretty crazy.

Mom and Dad in the "Ice Palace"

I have no idea how this airplane had enough room to land and take off.

The Eiger. The mountains there are like nothing I've ever seen. The pictures don't even do them justice. Train station in Wengen. About half way down. The train behind us goes all the way to the top. We stopped to do a little 'caching in Wengen. The first of many on the trip.
Day 3- Bern, Switzerland

At the Bern Temple with the Elders.
This town is where my mom's ancestors are from.
An old mill with the family name on it.

Day 4-5 Fussen, Germany
Nueschwanstien Castle. Crazy King Ludwig took 18 years to build this castle. Walt Disney used it as a pattern for his Disneyland Castle

This guy was wearing authentic Lederhosen. A really cool geocache above Nueschwanstien.
Hoenschwangau
The view from Queen Mary's Bridge

Day 6- Munich, Germany
The Olympic Park. This is where Prefontaine ran. BMW Museum

We flew to Budapest the next day.
